Q: Do you accept individuals as clients who are not sponsored by an organization?
A: No, we only accept executive clients who are sponsored by his or her employer. We do not accept compensation from individuals.
Q: Do you find jobs for individuals?
A: No, we do not directly solicit employment on behalf of executive clients. Our role is to ensure the executive gains clear insight regarding his or her strengths, limitations and areas of best fit, as well as the skills, coaching support and job market knowledge to obtain appropriate new employment.
Q: Do you only accept VP and C-level executives as clients?
A: While our service is tailored to the VP and C-level, and the vast majority of individuals we serve are indeed senior executives, we will also assist other individuals that our clients feel warrant our level of service.
