Ron Robertson

Ron RobertsonRon Robertson is Chair and Managing Partner of Robertson Partners. Ron brings over 30 years of experience in Canada’s leading career transition and executive search firms, as a founding member of Murray Axmith in Ottawa and Atlantic Canada, and later as Vice Chair of Ray & Berndtson Canada. Ron is the founder of the Vision Awards in the field of HR management, and of the Ottawa CEO Breakfast. He has served on the Boards of non-profit organizations and human resources consulting practices. Ron holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Michigan.

Donna Drummond

Donna DrummondDonna Drummond is a Managing Partner and the Leader of Client Services for Robertson Partners Executive Programs.  A former Partner of Odgers Berndtson Executive Search, Donna has managed and delivered consulting services that have encompassed a broad spectrum of career transition and executive search practices for twenty years.  Prior to her consulting roles with nationally based organizations, she was a Director, Human Resources with an international high technology firm, and a Board Director of the Ottawa Human Resources Association.  Known for her commitment to clients, candidates and the community, she has consistently utilized and integrated resources to address their evolving needs.  Donna has also chaired and served on numerous non-profit Boards including a role as Vice-Chair of an Ottawa hospital.  A graduate of the Advanced Business Management program, Rotman School of Business, she holds a Certified Human Resources Professional designation and has been accredited as a member of the International Outplacement Institute.  Her leadership and coaching capabilities were acknowledged within the “Excellence in Outplacement Practice” publication.

Lena Bourassa

Lena BourassaLena Bourassa, President of Lena Bourassa & Associates, has managed and delivered consulting services for over 20 years. She specializes in career transition and management, industrial/organizational psychology, executive coaching, evaluation of managerial competencies and selection support. Formerly, as a Managing Director of a Montreal-based career transition and industrial psychology firm, Lena developed and managed their consulting practice in the Outaouais region. Previously, she was a Senior Manager of KPMG’s Career Transition/Industrial Psychology Practice. Lena holds an MA, Education (Counseling) from Université de Moncton, a BA in Special Education from Université Laval, and was trained in Executive Coaching by New Ventures North. She is a member of Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d’orientation du Québec, and of la Société Québecoise de psychologie du Travail et des Organisations. Lena delivers services in both French and English.

Gail Williams

Photo of Gail Williams A former resident of Montreal, Gail's background in the executive search, financial and not-for-profit sectors make her a valuable member of the team. Before joining Robertson Partners as Manager, Client Services, Gail worked as a consultant with the executive search firm of Ray & Berndtson in their Ottawa office where she contributed to broad practice disciplines and functional specialities. Her career also includes twenty years with the Royal Bank of Canada. In addition to her professional experience Gail served as a volunteer with the West Island Palliative Care Residence, Scouts Canada and the United Way. Gail attended Concordia University and has completed the Canadian Securities Course. She is bilingual.

Brenda Robertson

Brenda RobertsonBrenda Robertson, along with Jim Harmon and Ron Robertson, is one of the original founding Partners of the Ottawa office of Odgers Berndtson, where her experience in executive search includes the health care, life sciences and financial services sectors. Brenda's previous experience includes 20 years in marketing. She was also the Owner and President of a real estate firm. Brenda has served on the Board of the Ottawa Health Research Institute, as a Governor of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, and as an Executive on the Ottawa Women's Health Council. Brenda is the Past President and CEO of the Diva Foundation, which is dedicated to the promotion of achievements that improve the health and well-being of women.

T. Nicholas Allaham

Nicholas AllahamT. Nicholas Allaham is a Senior Manager in Deloitte’s Private Company Services practice. He is focused on providing taxation planning and compliance services to a diversified client base of professionals and owner-managed businesses, both incorporated and unincorporated. Nicholas is a Chartered Accountant.
